Can anyone included in the membership use the air ticket if the contract holder cannot travel?The air ticket is only for the contract holder. If they cannot use it, it cannot be replaced by another service, nor will any money be reimbursed.

If you wish to have a viewing in both locations, Assure for Life will cover the viewing in one of the two countries. The cost of the service in the other country must be assumed as an additional value.

However, we do not confirm this information in our consultation, as these agreements may change for various reasons, and we do not want to provide information that may become outdated in the future. Therefore, this information will be confirmed by the department responsible for managing the funeral service when you need it, i.e., when you request the use of the services.

How long do I have to pay for the Assure for Life plan?For as long as you wish to have your family protected, as our memberships provide protection over time. Our memberships do not have a mandatory stay clause; however, they have a one-year term, during which you can renew the contract.

How much money do you provide?We are not an insurance company; therefore, our coverage is the provision of funeral services according to the terms established in the contract, and it cannot be replaced or reimbursed in cash.

If I withdraw from the plan, will I get a refund?You and your beneficiaries will have coverage as long as the plan is up to date with payments. If you withdraw or fall behind in payments, the service will not be provided, and no refunds will be issued.
