This family plan was purchased in Florida; however, my mom resided in Jamaica. After her passing, I contacted Assure for Life. Unfortunately, I called the wrong number, but luckily I was directed to call the emergency number.
From the moment Mr. Murillo and I started talking, I felt that I had made the best decision for my family. He was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable about the services and benefits. He and Assure for Life alleviated all the concerns and anxiety I felt, allowing me to focus on my family.
